The promise he will soon be visiting kenya is thought to be an incentive to make kenyans want to do his bidding during the referendung.
He will come to celebrate it by committing to the promises he's been dropping around.
He wants it to coincide with his visit four years ago(august,2006) he was just a senator then. now that he's presidunk........you heard of homecoming parties.....Obama is more kenyan than you know!
